Chad Motsinger

Chad Motsinger

CEO

Chad began his career with the Taco Bell brand in 1994 as an Assistant Manager. Over his 6 years with Taco Bell Corporation, he held multiple positions in operations and training including District Training Manager, Area Coach, and even overseeing all Taco Bell Corporate operations in the city of Houston from 1999-2000. Chad served as COO for MAS since the company’s inception in 2000. In 2018, Chad began serving as CEO.

Chad has served on numerous committees for Taco Bell. In his role representing the brand, Chad has also been involved in the Houston community specifically aligning with the Boys and Girls clubs of Greater Houston holding a seat on the board of directors for 3 years.

Chad graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Economics.  Chad and his family currently reside in Houston.

Ben Walsh

CFO

Since 2018, Ben has served as the Chief Financial Officer for MAS. Prior to this, Ben held other senior level finance positions over the last decade with NPC International, Dine Equity, and California Pizza Kitchen, helping to lead them to rapid growth and now is excited to do the same thing at MAS.

Ben graduated St. Louis University with a BA in Accounting and Economics. He currently resides with his family in Houston.

Kay Bassett

Senior Director of HR

Kay currently serves as the Senior Director of HR overseeing Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and Payroll.

She began her career in 1988 as an Assistant Manager for Taco Bell Corp. Over the next 12 years, she held multiple positions in the field, including Area Coach and Franchisee Training Coach. In 2000, she moved into the HR department. She joined KorMex/MAS in 2007. Kay attended University of Houston to study Accounting and resides in Spring near her family.

Kay loves working for a family-oriented company that shows their employees they are more than a number. Here everyone has a voice and will be heard!

Shonda Guerin

Shonda Guerin

Administrative Director

Shonda started as an Assistant Manager for Corporate Taco Bell in 1999. She continued on her journey with Taco Bell corporate as an Area Director. In 2007, she made the transition into the RSC with MRG, then Kormex Foods.

Currently, Shonda is the Administrative Director for MRG. She takes pride in providing support to the CEO, VP’s, and Area Directors in the form of reporting, data analysis, and logistics.

She loves working at MAS because we are a progressive and growth-oriented company.
